To secure your reservation, a $300 deposit is required at the time of booking. We are happy to accept all major credit cards, debit cards, cash, or personal checks. Your remaining balance is due in full upon arrival. For your convenience, this balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file. You’re also welcome to settle your account with cash or a check at check-in.
Our rates are based on two adults per RV site. Additional guests are welcome for a fee of $15 per person, per day. A maximum of four people and two pets are allowed per RV site. Please notify management of any visitors immediately.
Each site accommodates two vehicles. Please request approval for any additional vehicles or recreational equipment. All RVs must be currently registered and in movable condition.
Cancellations & Refunds:
We know that travel plans don’t always go as expected, and we do our best to be flexible. If you need to cancel, please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in to receive your deposit back as a camp credit for a future stay (minus a $25 processing fee). Should you cancel within 48 hours of check-in, the full balance of your reserved stay will be charged, and no refund or credit can be issued.
Please note that we’re unable to offer refunds or credits for early departures, or if a guest must leave due to park rule violations.
Quiet Hours & After Hours Information:
To ensure a peaceful and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our community guidelines. Our quiet hours are observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM, during which we request that all music, televisions, and conversations be kept at a minimal, indoor volume to be mindful of neighbors. For their safety, all children under the age of 16 must return to their registered site by 9:00 PM.
For the continued comfort and safety of our entire community, certain activities are strictly prohibited at all times. These include generating excessive noise from vehicles, motorcycles, or power tools; playing loud music; using vulgar or threatening language; and public intoxication. Fireworks of any kind are not permitted, and any behavior deemed by management to be disruptive, unsafe, or otherwise undesirable—such as disorderly conduct, profanity, or reckless driving—is also prohibited.
In any life-threatening emergency, please dial 911 immediately. For all other urgent matters requiring after-hours assistance, please contact park management directly at the number provided upon check-in. While we always strive to address any concerns courteously and informally, guests who require a second warning regarding noise or conduct violations may be asked to leave the park immediately without a refund. Please be aware that the park management retains full and sole discretion in all matters of rule enforcement.
Parking & Vehicle Information:
To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests and to maintain the beauty of our grounds, we kindly ask that you adhere to our parking guidelines. Each site accommodates a maximum of two vehicles, and all vehicles must be parked entirely on the gravel pad of your assigned site. Please ensure you do not drive or park on the grass unless in a designated area. Please be aware that we do not have an overflow or visitor parking lot available. If you are traveling with a utility trailer, tow dolly, or an additional vehicle beyond the two-vehicle limit and your site cannot accommodate it, you will need to reserve an additional site or secure parking off the property.
For the safety of all our guests and their families, the speed limit throughout the park is strictly 5 mph. All motorized vehicles, including golf carts, scooters, and motorbikes, must be operated by a licensed driver. We also request that you avoid revving engines or operating excessively loud vehicles. Please note that parking in vacant sites is not permitted. Lastly, while we strive to maintain a secure environment, all vehicles and their contents are parked at the owner’s risk, and the park is not liable for any theft or damages that may occur.
Visitors:
We are delighted that you may wish to have guests join you during your stay! To ensure the safety and security of everyone in our community, we require that all visitors be registered with our front office. Please note that a “visitor” is defined as any person not listed on your original reservation. To comply with state law, we must maintain an accurate record of all individuals on the premises, so we ask that you ensure your guests check in at the office immediately upon their arrival. Additionally, all visitor vehicles must obtain a parking pass from the office to avoid being towed at the owner’s expense. For the protection of all our registered guests, any unregistered individuals will be considered trespassers. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and welcoming environment for everyone.
Garbage:
We appreciate your help in maintaining the natural beauty and cleanliness of Nautical Point by disposing of all waste properly. To keep our park beautiful and free of pests, we ask that all garbage be securely tied in sealed bags and placed only in the designated dumpsters or trash cans located throughout the grounds. Please avoid disposing of fish, shrimp, crab, oysters, or any open food containers in these receptacles, as these items can attract animals and create odors. All cardboard boxes should be broken down before being placed in the dumpsters, and glass containers are not permitted anywhere in the park. Please note that we are unable to accept furniture, mattresses, or other large items—these must be disposed of off-site, as placing them near or in the dumpsters is strictly prohibited. We also ask that you help us preserve the park’s appearance by keeping your site free of accumulated trash, debris, cigarette butts, boxes, or unused equipment. Please be aware that violations of these policies may result in a littering fine of up to $100 per offense.
