Deposits & Payments:

Any major debit/credit cards accepted (+convienence fee), Cash and Checks.

Cancellations:

Deposits cancelled 48+hours prior to Check in: Subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. The remaining balance will be issued as a camp credit for a future stay.
Reservation Deposits cancelled within 48 hours of Check in: Will be charged the full reservation balance as a cancellation penalty. No refunds will be issued.
*No Pro-Rating or Refunds for Early Departure or if Ejection from park Due to Park Rule Violation.

We’ve established the following general campground rules and guidelines to help ensure your safety and enjoyment. Failure to comply with the following rules and guidelines will be evicted pursuant to Florida Statute Chapter 513.

  • Sites are limited to 4 people per site, regardless of age and including visitors. **State Law requires us to know who is in the campground and on premises. A pass and notification to front office is required for non-registered vehicles. Please use designated areas and display your pass to avoid being towed. Any Guest not registered will be trespassed.
  • No fireworks, wood burning fires of any kind. Propane and charcoal only. No Loud Motorcycles or Vehicles allowed. No Loud Power Tools or Equipment. No pit fires on individual site, please use parks rv fire pit.
  • Tropical storms and hurricanes may require you to vacate the park.  All guests will abide by Mandatory Evacuations and agree to remove their RV in such cases. There are no refunds due to weather.
  • We do not allow school bus conversions, homemade trailers, etc. The RV must be manufactured and certified as an RV, and must be 15 years old or newer. Rv’s must not be in a state of disrepair. All vehicles and rvs must be properly licensed and insured under guests name.
  • We do not store boats, trailers or RVs of any sort. There are local storage companies nearby that can be utilized.
  • Quiet Time: 9:00pm ct until 8:00am ct. – For the safety and comfort of all guests -No loud music, vulgar/threatening language, nudity or public intoxication will not be tolerated at any time and result in immediate removal from the rv park.
  • The Florida Health Department requires a sewer donut. If you do not have one, we stock them at our office for purchase.
  • Trash: Please place sealed bags of garbage in designated dumpster & trash cans located around the park. Do Not put fish/shrimp/crab/oysters, or open food in dumpster. Break down boxes. No accumulation of junk, trash, unused equipment, machinery, cigarette butts, boxes, or debris around your RV Lot will be allowed. No Glass permitted on park grounds. Dispose of your furniture, mattresses and other large items on your own. Do not place them by or in the dumpster.
  • Laundry Room: Hours 6am to 10pm. Clean dryer vents, use dryer sheets. No Laundry Beads.
  • Swimming in the Bay – No Life Guard on duty, swim at your own risk. Children must be with an adult
  • Speed limit in the park is 5 mph. Please obey the speed limit at all times.
  • Occupancy is subject to Florida Statutes 513.114, 413.117, 513.121 and 513.13.
  • Management is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss to either person or property. The owner/management of Nautical Point Rv Park LLC absolve themselves from all liability and responsibility pertaining to loss by fire, theft, weather, acts of God, property damage, accident or any other cause whatsoever, and guest agree to save, protect and hold harmless Nautical Point Rv Park LLC from all such liability.
