A small park, run the old way, by people who actually care.
Nautical Point sits on a secluded sandy peninsula in Panama City, Florida — on a quiet stretch of water with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico and St. Andrews Bay. We’re not a resort. We’re a working RV park, locally owned and military-operated, where the staff knows your rig and the neighbors wave first.
For more than twenty eight years we’ve welcomed snowbirds, full-timers, traveling professionals, and the steady stream of folks who keep Tyndall AFB and the Panhandle running. Premier bayfront sites, elevated bluff sites with bay views, and quiet interior pads. Full hookups, fish-cleaning station, fire pit, swings on the water, and a private pavilion with an outdoor kitchen.
