For over 30 years, Nautical Point has been a quiet waterfront haven in Panama City. Following 23 years in the Air Force, our founder, Mildred Oakleaf retired in 2025, passing the torch to her daughter and co-owner, Margie.
As our hands-on manager, Margie enjoys everyday contact with our guests, ensuring a secure, welcoming environment for long-term residents, snowbirds, and traveling professionals.

Enjoy our modern and fun features, including 350 feet of shoreline, where you can have an RV site with an amazing view, a 120-foot pier, and an outdoor kitchen that’s great for tailgating, picnics.
Site rates
Our rv sites are well-equipped to handle your home away from home. Each site has 50 amp connections, fresh water supply, and sewage. Monthly, long term and short term stays are welcome.
Pets Welcome
We are a pet-friendly campground, and we love our four-legged campers almost as much as you do. However, we ask you to please respect the rules of the campground and your fellow campers.

Welcome to Nautical Point RV Park!
Our park has been part of this waterfront community for many years. Since Hurricane Michael in 2018, we’ve rebuilt and restored the park while keeping the small, peaceful, and friendly atmosphere our guests love.
I manage the park day-to-day and enjoy personally welcoming each guest. Nautical Point isn’t a large resort — it’s a quiet, family-owned waterfront park where you can relax and enjoy the water.
